Health Care Service Delivery Sites Detail

Health care service delivery sites are community-based and patient-directed organizations that serve populations with limited access to health care. These include low-income populations, the uninsured, those with limited English proficiency, migrant and seasonal farmworkers, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, and those living in public housing.

Moreover, health care service delivery sites information includes data about “Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alikes.” These “look-alikes” are entities that operate and provide services consistent with all policy requirements that apply to Section 330- funded health centers, but do not receive funding under Section 330.

The Health Care Service Delivery Sites Detail page provides maps, reports, and a Find a Health Center widget for gathering information about health care sites.
