Primary Health Care
The Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) funds health centers in underserved communities, providing access to high quality, family oriented, comprehensive primary and preventive health care for people who are low-income, uninsured, or face other obstacles to getting health care. Health centers are community-based and patient-directed organizations that serve populations with limited access to care.
The HRSA Data Warehouse (HDW) allows users to interact with data in charts, tables/reports, maps, and tools. Visit the Data Sources and Refresh Dates page for more information about where BPHC data is available in the HDW. These data sets include grants, health center service delivery sites, and migrant and seasonal head start centers.
Display high-level summary information about HRSA’s activities and can be used as a starting point for obtaining more detailed information.
